Collection and Use of Your Personal information
Personal information is information from which you could be identified from but does not include any forms of anonymous information.
We will collect your name, phone number, address and email.
In the case of a refund, we may collect your bank details.
Collection of your details will be taken verbally with your consent and stored in the work diary of the director.
Your personal information will be used to enter into the contract for the sale of goods and services to you to manage our business.
NB: We do not intend to collect any data from children.

We envisage that your personal information will be kept for a period of up to 2 years after which your details will be deleted or anonymised.

Your information will be stored on Job Sheets, the Director’s workbook and/or phone that is password protected.
In the event of any data security breach, you will be contacted and made aware.
