We will collect your name, phone number, address and email.

In the case of a refund, we may collect your bank details.

 

Collection of your details will be taken verbally with your consent and stored in the work diary of the director.

 

Your personal information will be used to enter into the contract for the sale of goods and services to you to manage our business.

 

NB: We do not intend to collect any data from children.

 

Lawful Basis For Processing Of Personal Information

 

In order to process your personal data we must have a lawful basis to do so. The lawful grounds for processing personal data are set out in Article 6 of the GDPR. These are:

  • Performance of a contract;

We do not anticipate that we will need to share your personal information with a third party, however your consent will be requested should the need to arise.

How Long Your Information Will Be Retained

 Your personal information will only be kept for the period of time necessary for us to fulfill our contract with you.

We envisage that your personal information will be kept for a period of up to 2 years after which your details will be deleted or anonymised.

Keeping Your Information Secure

Your information will be stored on Job Sheets, the Director’s workbook and/or phone that is password protected.

In the event of any data security breach, you will be contacted and made aware.

Your Rights under the GDPR
